How to Make Your Own Life Lengthening Juice

In my journey to eat healthier and be more active, I've found something I really like to do.  Drinking fresh juice in the morning can give you more kick than a double shot cappuccino!  It tastes great and is really healthy for you.  There are a bunch of juicers on the market.  Everything from the PowerJuicer to more expensive commercial products.

Oranges
Strawberries
Kiwi
Carrots
Grapes
